Stress is an epidemic in the United States. According to the American Psychological Association, stress negatively affects, either physically or psychologically, over 70 percent of all Americans. Psychological symptoms can range from feeling nervous to feeling irritable and angry. Physical symptoms can range from headache and upset stomach to a change in appetite or sex drive.
